Privacy Policy

Notice at collection
When you use our form or email us, we collect: your name, business name, email, service address, current provider, monthly bill amount, optional phone number, any bill you choose to send, and the referral code in the page link (if any). We use it only to answer your request, prepare a comparison, and, if you choose, place an order with a carrier. We keep it for as long as we're working with you and up to 3 years after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Form submissions also include the date and time and a hashed IP address used only for spam and abuse prevention.
How we collect it
Our bill review form sends your answers (name, business name, email, optional phone, service address or ZIP, current provider, monthly bill amount, notes, language, your consent and any referral code) to a database we control, hosted by Cloudflare. There's no public way to read it; only our team accesses it to reply to you. To fight spam we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical data about your browser and device, and we keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for up to 24 hours to limit repeat submissions. We don't ask you to upload files on the site; if you want a review, we'll ask for your bill by reply. Please don't enter passwords, account PINs or payment card numbers. This site doesn't use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking cookies. If that changes, we'll update this policy first.
Who we share it with
Only as needed to serve you: carriers and the technology services distributor we work through (Sandler Partners) to check availability and pricing and to place orders you approve; and service providers that host our email. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, but you can still send the request. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals. We won't treat you differently for using these rights. To make a request, email hello@bighilladvisors.com with the subject "Privacy request". We'll verify the request by replying to the email address on file. An authorized agent may request on your behalf with your written permission.
We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. This site is meant for business owners and managers.
Do Not Track
This site doesn't track you across sites, so it responds the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Email and text messages
Every marketing email we send includes our mailing address and a way to opt out; reply STOP (or BAJA) and we stop promptly, and within 10 business days at the latest. We only call the phone number you give us if you ask us to, and only about your request.
Security
We never ask for account passwords or payment details. Please don't send them.
